Situation
A production facility recorded shift output on paper, typed it later, and reported to management the following day. Supervisors could not see station issues while the shift was still running. Office systems stayed disconnected from the floor.
Approach
A representative design puts simple capture at the station (terminal or hardened form), validates at entry, syncs to office systems, and shows supervisors a shift board fed by those posts - not by overnight transcription.
