Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Most of our Noida and Delhi NCR work is with manufacturing units, distributors, traders, clinics, and retail or service businesses that need practical systems - not enterprise platforms.
What does a basic system cost?
We quote only after reviewing your current system and work scope. You get a written fixed scope and fixed price before any work begins - no blind charge and no published blanket rate.
How long does it take?
Reporting automation usually takes 2-3 weeks. Billing/inventory/attendance and a Phase 1 web migration typically take 3-4 weeks once scope is agreed.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. We support the systems we build. AMC is optional after the first year. Small fixes and enhancements can be scoped as needed.
Do you work with Tally/Excel data?
Yes. We regularly migrate and integrate data from Excel, Access, and Tally exports into reporting tools and operational systems.
What are your working hours?
Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM. WhatsApp is answered the same working day. Evening slots are available for business owners after their working day.
